Why to go?

Pantanal is a biome, flooded mostly, located in the south of Mato Grosso and in the north of Mato Grosso do Sul and it is renowned for its diversity of fauna and flora. During periods of rain it becomes full of life and colors, just amazing.

Where to stay?

When you travel to Pantanal, the inn Aguapé is a great place to stay, because, besides providing various tours during the day, it also offers excellent hosting service. This inn has a beautiful pool to refresh, a bar that is always at your services, a beach volleyball court, playground for the kids and hammocks for all guests to rest and contemplate the landscape, such as the sunset, which is incredibly beautiful, some of the nicest you will see.

What to do?

The inn Aguapé offers different activities during your stay, such as a boat trip, a track, which is a bit tiring, but it provides a lot of learning about the farm and about the creatures that live there, a tour of the safari, on which you can observe animals in their natural environments, a horse ride, which is very interesting and funny and a visit to the cattle handling, where you learn about cattle breeding, one of the main economic activities in Pantanal. And at night you can join friends and family to enjoy music played with typical instruments, such as the viola.

Meals

The inn also offers three meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The food is very tasty, however the menu always includes meat, not providing a good meal for vegetarians.

Tips

Don’t forget to bring your camera, because you will have the chance to see many animals under extinction, such as the “arara azul” and the “jaguatirica”, besides many other typical regional animals. And at breakfast time you will have the opportunity to observe “tucanos” very closely.
